»Font Software« or our typefaces means coded and encrypted Software that generates typeface designs when used with the appropriate hardware and software. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. The rights to the designs themselves remain the property of NEW LETTERS. With buying our »Font Software« it is provided that you agree to the following. Please take note that you also agree to the corresponding NEW LETTERS end user license agreement by downloading and/or installing our typefaces:

Our typefaces are licensed for a different number of users (desktop licence) or page views per month (web licence). Please have a look for all options at our shop. If you wish to license our typefaces for more computers, please contact us. The purchase of a font makes the buyer a licenced user of the font, not an owner.

NEW LETTERS »Font Software« or documentation may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away to another person or entity.
3.
As soon as you placed your order and we received your PayPal paying, our shop system will send you your individual order automatically. If there are any problems, please contact us.
4.
The »Font Software« must not be distributed, resold or sub-licensed to a third party and you agree to take reasonable care to avoid unauthorized distribution of the »Font Software».
5.
You may embed copies of the »Font Software« into your electronic documents (such as PDF files) only for the purpose of printing such documents and for their use on private computer networks.
6.
The typefaces are optimized for MAC OS X systems and Windows. For any other systems we can not guarantee full functionality.
7.
Our desktop files come in the format OTF (Open Type). They work both on Windows and MAC. Our web files come in the formats eot, woff, woff2, ttf and svg (and a stylesheet.css)
8.
NEW LETTERS do not allow users to make modifications to our fonts. You must contact us to discuss any modifications as a bespoke project.
9.
We reserve the right to update our licence agreement, at any time without prior consent or notice. Please check this agreement regularly.
10.
We continuously test our typefaces. We reserve the right, not to warrant for possible defects, such as install- or export problems or other irregular problems. Please contact us in those cases – we are happy to give assistance to solve the problem.
11.
Although every effort has been taken to check these fonts for viruses, in no circumstance we take responsibility for damage caused to a user’s hardware, software or a loss of income that may have occurred as a result. All NEW LETTERS software installed is done so at the owner’s risk and we, NEW LETTERS, will not be held responsible.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on our fonts due to their digital nature, unless the product is defective – in this case, we are happy to give technical assistance. Please contact us for support.
13.
We continuously update our fonts. Please check our website for possible updates. Any customer gets a free update of the original purchased typeface.
